About China TAK Travel Service

TAK tours means tours in Tibet, Amdo, Kham area, which overlays with the area of whole Tibet A.R., whole Qinghai province, southeastern Gansu province, the western and northwestern Sichuan province and the northern Yunnan province.

China TAK Travel Service is a Chengdu based tour operator and was founded in 2002; since its foundation, it has gathered rich experience on operating tours through China west, and established close links, business relationship with other tour operators.

Chengdu is the regional capital of Sichuan province, which is located in the southwest of China; for most tourists and those who know about China, Sichuan is famous around the world for its unique attractions such as lovely giant Panda bears, Leshan Buddha statue and Dujiangyan water project.

China TAK Travel Service has been highlighting its service on running tours to Tibet A.R., in western and northwestern Sichuan (Ganzi Tibetan Zizhizhou and Aba Tibetan-Qiang Zizhizhou), southern Qinghai (Jyekundo Tibetan Zizhizhou and Guoluo Tibetan A.R. Zizhizhou) and northern Yunan province (Diqing Tibetan Zizhizhou) over world’s highest plateau – Qinghai-Tibet plateau in southwestern China; this plateau is highest on its average altitude (4000 meters above sea level), and is featuring with grand looking mountains, deep valleys, big rivers and monastic building complex. Over this area, the main ethnic minority is Tibetans, together with such other nationalities as Han, Miao, Yi, Hui, Sala, Bai, Mongolians, and other more; compared to other places throughout China, this area is less frequented by tourists.
