NOTES:
1. the quoted cost (see above) will rise RMB50 each day during Sept 29th till Oct 7th
2. this cost specified (above) covers fuel, toll charge, car reparing, car rescure,car parking.
but the cost specified (above) doesn't cover such items as below:
- your daily expenses, for example, your meals, your accommodation, visits, ...
- your travel insurance
- your medical treatment
- urgent rescure if there was
- the meals andthe accommodation charge to the driver; the cost on meals and accommodation is specified here:
- Nov. 10 to next May 31, the cost is RMB100 daily (lunch RMB20, dinner RMB20, and lodging RMB60);
- June 1 to Sept. 28, the cost is RMB120 daily (lunch RMB20, dinner RMB20, and lodging RMB80);
- Sept. 29 to Oct. 7, the cost is RMB240 daily (lunch RMB20, dinner RMB20, and lodging RMB200);
- Oct. 8 to Nov. 9, the cost is RMB120 daily (lunch RMB20, dinner RMB20, and lodging RMB80);
something which you should know when you put your reservation:
Alert 1: the vehicle we supply for your choice here is FUDI SUV (2 wheel drive).
Alert 2: we can also supply other types of SUV and mini van for your choice, for example, 7 seats Buik Mini van, 7 seats Refine mini van, 7 seats Fengxing mini van, 5 seats Liebao SUV (Mitsusubish technology), 5 seats TOYOTA 4500; if you want to rent, please contact us for a new quote
Alert 3: all vehicles with seats below 7 are not tourism and business running licensed; only vehicles with seats over 7 (including 7 seats) are licensed from local tourism bureaus and local transportation management offices; this means all SUVs you can rent in Sichuan are not officially licensed, no matter where you rent the car.
Alert 4: we will not be responsible for all losses of personal luggages and properties, the hurt of body, even the death; we only offer you an access to car rentals.
Alert 5: the driver will be responsible for your loss of luggages and personal properties which are loaded in the car
Alert 6: about compensation to the hurt of human body, please follow the procedure of transportation accidents and the items/interpretation by insurance company from which the driver purchased his car insurance
Alert 7: the cost is subject to the duration required to finish this tour, and it is counted from the time the car leaves Chengdu city till the time the car returns to Chengdu; for example, you hire the car and do overland trip to Lhasa from Chengdu, the time required to reach Lhasa city is 8 days from Chengdu, the cost is not counted as RMB800X8 = RMB6400, because the car requires another 5 days to get back to Chengdu from which the tour starts; therefore, the final cost is RMB800X (8+5) = RMB10400.00
Alert 8: generally, if you take road 318 (the southern route of Sichuan - Tibet highway), you need 3 full days to get to Sichuan/Tibet A.R. border, during the 3 days, you can travel around without escort of a guide; and, after the goody-bye at Xizang/Sichuan border, the driver needs another 3 full days to get back to Chengdu; the cost you need to pay for this rental is RMB800.00 X (3+3) = RMB4800.00
Alert 9: and if you take Road 317 (the northern route of Sichuan Tibet highway), you take 6 days to get to Derge town, the town on Sichuan/Xizang border, during the 6 days, you can travel around without escort of a guide; and, after the goody-bye at Xizang/Sichuan border, the driver requires another 3 full days to get back to Chengdu; the cost is RMB800.00 X (6+3) = RMB7200.00

Alert 11: supposed that you will take overland tour to Lhasa, capital of Tibet A.R. from Chengdu or Kunming or Lijiang, we will arrange local driver andlocal guide, who will come from Lhasa city, to meet you at Sichuan/Xizang border, generally, at Derge or Mangkang. and, before you reach the border of Tibet A.R., you travel free without the escort of local guide, generally speaking, here we mean while you are inside Sichuan province. |
