This permit, also called as "Jun Qu Pi Jian ", is issued by Millitart headquater (of Tibet A.R.)

This issued permit enables foreign passport holders to travel to

(1) West Tibet A.R., like Ali prefecture,

(2) far east Tibet A.R., like Chamdo prefecture,

(3) souther China/India border counties, like Tsomei, Luoza, Longzi, Chayu, Tsona ...,

(4) the grandest curve of Yaluzangbu river in Lintse prefecture

(5) Overland travel to Lhasa from such cities as Chengdu, Kunming, Lijiang, Lanzhou, Xining via Yushu, Kashigar of Xinjiang A.R.

This permit can be applied around 10 to 7 days before the date when the tour starts
