Lamnatso Lake
Lamnatso, located in Jiacha county, at the north of Yalong Zangbu river, is a holy lake to pilgrims. This lake is very small, the water area is about 1 square kilometres, but the way to there is very difficult, if you hire jeep at Jiacha county to go there, it will take about 3 hours to get to Qhongkejie monastery, then you need to trek around 2 days to arrive at the lake side. It was said that this lake was the residence of the soul of the gudian for Dalhai Lhamas, and it was recognized to be the most important soul image observing lake. If Dalhai Lhama passed, high - ranked lhamas will come here to pray to the lake and observe the lake for any sign shown on it,by this way, they could tell the name of and where to find the reincarnated soul boy.
