Simple Itinerary: -----------------------

Day01: You arrive in Chengdu (CTU) and check into the hotel you self reserved. (if you want us to reserve the hotel or youth guesthouse and wish to have a private airport pick-up, please inform us early)

Day02: Fly to Lhasa by Air China in the early morning. -- self taking taxi to Chengdu Shuangliu airport (Price is about Chinese Money RMB60.00 per taxi drive); find the counter (counter 5 to counter 23) to change air ticket for boarding card. When the plane lands at Lhasa airport, you take the airlines shuttle bus to Lhasa city. (Charge RMB40.00) and then (Basis A) --> find the assigned Snowland Hotel or Banak Shol Hotel for accommodation; (Basis B) --> check into the reserved 2* hotel; (Basis C) --> check into the reserved 3* hotel; (Basis D) --> check into the reserved 4* hotel

Day03: Self find local transfer for sightseeing to Potala palace, Jokhang temple; in the rest of the day, self sightseeing in local Bazaar -- Parkhor street; return hotel self

Day04: (to all basis): self sightseeing arrangement.

Day05: If you want to stay longer and wish to travel to Shigatse, Gyangtse, Mt. Everest, or Tsetang; or you decide to travel overland to Kathmandu via Gyangtse, Shigatse and Mt. Everest, please inform us early and today, you will be regrouped to make the tour.

Your Responsibility and Rights

• Be sure your sent personal data (such as your full name, nation.....) is correct and your China visa will be valid through your time in Tibet.
• you should arrive in Chengdu one day earlier or 4 hours before your departure time. (the plane will leave Chengdu airport at 0700AM, or 0720AM or 0730AM, 0800AM or 1025AM in early morning, flight to Lhasa from Beijing departs at 0730AM)
• you reserve your hotel in Chegndu/Beijing by yourself, either in Youthh hostel or star basis hotel.
• You self find a taxi to get to your reserved hotel or take airlines shuttle bus to Chengdu/Beijing downtown area, where you can take taxi to your booked hotel.
• If you arrive in your hotel after 18:30PM, you will be charge RMB20.00 for deliver you the air ticket(s) and the required permits to enter and tour Tibet.
• To do the reservation to this type of tour, you are required to pay 35% of the total as deposit; only on condition that you agree on this term can we put your reservation and buy you the air ticket(s).
• Please (1) use this bank account to do the money transfer or you (2) select to do the transfer through Western Union; the bank service charge at your bank will be on your own.
• The balance will be cleared when you get your air ticket(s) and the travel permit paper, sometimes only copy of that permit.
• If you cannot come on the agreed date for the tour, you should inform our side at least 18 hours before your flight departs and give us enough time to change your flight date and the flight time to a later one ------- this change is subject to the real ticketing Reservation on Lhasa flight route of Air China or Sichuan Ailines; if there is no seat available after your purchased flight, you will still face lose of money or change your tour to very late date.
• After the travel permit applied and air ticket(s) purchased, any cancellation will be subject to a penalty of USD50.00 at Chengdu entry basis or USD75.00 at Beijing entry basis.
• The charge on cancelling Lhasa air ticket is 10% of its ticket face price in general; how much is refundable is subject to regulations and terms of Air China and Sichuan Airlines.
• After the payment of required deposit, you can change your departure date to a later one (several days after the agreed date) without any extra charge. Upon getting your requirement of change, we will consult Air China Ticketing office to see if the seats are available, if there are, you can change the ticket and postpone your travel date, if there isn't, you will have to find means to get to Chengdu to avoid the loss.
• Based on this type of tour, your tour activities are restricted in Lhasa city area, tour to Chupu monastery, Ganden Monastery, Reting monastery, Tsigongthi monastery and Namtso lake; any self action beyond the mentioned limits, like self tour to Tsetang, self tour to Shigatse and Gyangtse, self travel down to Nepal via China/Nepal friendship Road, will be your own responsibility.
• If you want to travel these restricted places, please informm us or contact my partner in Lhasa, Ms Xiaojin or Mr. Basang.

Travel Agent Free from Responsibilities

• Travel agent won't be responsible for any flight delay, flight cancellation, train delay and bus delay; any refundment is subject to the regulations and trms of Airlines, Bus Service and Railway Service
• Travel agent won't be responsible for the financial loss caused by flight delay, flight cancellation, bus delay and train transportation delay.
• In Spring and Summer time, there are many foggy days, these usually cause delays on air transfer and land transfer; for securing your connecting tour, please spare at least two days in your China travel period.
• The charged service fee on hotel reservation, cruisign ships ticket and rented land transfers won't be refundable because of these delays caused by the reasons and elements beyond the control and influence of travel agent.
• Because of the consequence of delays, such as on flight, we can change your next connecting flight time; all charges will be by the regulations of Airlines. (Full charge air tickets enjoy unlimited changeon flight time if the seats on next preferred flight are available; discounted air tickets, if discount rate is no more than 35%, can be changed one time, free of charge, its second change will be charged)
• Any expenses of personal nature, such as on hotel upgrading, meals upgrading, souvenir shopping, will be on thier own of our clients.
