Day01 Home to Beijing

Flight arriving at Beijing, the exciting capital of the Oriental empire, guide will meet you and transfer you to the booked hotel.

Day02 Beijing sightseeing

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 4* Yuyang Hotel or same level

Beginning you exploration of the ancient capital with the visit to Tian'anmen Square, then visit the imposing Forbidden City and the Summer palace.

Day03 Beijing sightseeing

Today we go and have a stroll on the top of the greatest man - work of the ancient - the Badaling Great Wall which winds its way 3000 miles towards the west, in the afternoon, you will visit Ding Ling - one of the 13 tombs of the passed Ming dynasty emperors.

Day04 Beijing to Guilin by air

In the morning, fly to Guilin, met by guide. Have a rest in your hotel. Visit Fubo Hill, Reed Flute Cave in the afternoon.

Day05 Guilin to Yangshuo

Today, cruising over Lijiang river to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and waters; arriving in Yangshuo at around 1300PM, take bicycles to tour Yangshuo in the afternoon; overnight at Yangshuo.

Day06 Yangshuo to Guilin airport, then fly to Xi'an

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 4* Jianguo hotel

Tour around before the departure time for airport; at the agreed time, transferred to Guilin airport, take flight to Xi'an, the capital of Shanxi province to the west of China. guided to see Bell Tower and Big Goose Pagoda.

Day07 Xi'an sightseeing

Accommodation: 4* Jianguo hotel

Tour to the Terra-cotta Warriors - the famous military formatation of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and Huaqing Chi. In the evening, you can select to enjoy Xi'an local dumpling feast and Tang Dynasty show. (self pay)

Day08 Xi'an to Chengdu by air

Accommodation: Wenjun Mansion or same level

Visit Xi'an Provincial Museum of History and the Ancient City Wall; in the afternoon, take flight to Chengdu. Upon your arrival, transfer to hotel.

Day09 Chengdu to Leshan Big Buddha to Chengdu

Accommodation: Wenjun Mansion or same level

In the morning, take car to Leshan for visiting Leshan Big Buddha (160KM, around 2.5 hours drive). First, we visit it by boat. On the river, you can have a view for the Buddha's Panoramic, Then go to the mountain, visit temples and the big Buddha. In the afternoon, drive back to Chengdu, visit Taoist temple - Qingyang Palace; at night, enjoy Chengdu "face change" show (self pay).

Day10Chengdu sightseeing

In the morning, take car to Mt. Qingchengshan (65KM, around 1.5 hours drive). Mt. Qingcheng (or Mt. Qingchengshan) is one of the most attractive mountains close to Chengdu city, and is thought to be the holy mountain to Taoists pilgrims; in history of China, Qingchengshan is the origin of the birth of Taoism; in afternoon, go to Dujiangyan for visit to Er-wang Miao temple and the famous Dujiangyan Water Project, which has been over 2250 years and still been in functioning to irrigate thousands of  hecters of farmlands; it is because of this water project that makes Chengdu Plain to be one of the most fertile farming areas in China.

Day11 Chengdu to Chongqing by train

Today, have the exciting tour to see the world treasure animal - Pandas in the Panda research centre for breeding in the morning. After lunch, take train to Chongqing (around 4 hours) to board the cruise ship for the down - stream voyage on Yangtse river. On the ship, you will enjoy the beauty of three gorges.

Day12 On Yangtze river

Enjoy the marvelous beauty of the three gorges and visit the scenic spots along the river.

Day13 On Yangtse River

Enjoy the marvelous beauty of the three gorges and visit the scenic spots along the river.

Day14 Yichang to Shanghai by air

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 4* New century hotel or same level

Ship arrives at Yichang around 1230PM, guide meets you at the dock, then transfer you to Yichang airport, taking flight to Shanghai, the "Oriental Paris".

Day15 Shanghai sightseeing

Visit Yu yuan garden, the hermitage of Chinese arctecture tradition, and see the Jade Buddha temple. In the late afternoon, visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower. At night, you can go and stroll along the riverbank of the Huangpu river by yourself, by it are a lot of Europe and America - style buildings of the 19th century.

Day16 Shanghai to Suzhou to Tongli to Shanghai (Optional)

Shanghai is a cosmopolitan city, it is the landmark of present China mainland with a skyward speed of economic development; in this city area, scenic spots are few (see above); all interesting visits are close to Shanghai city; today, it is an optional day, you can decide to do this tour or you decide to leave Shanghai. Because there are many international flight leaving Shanghai, therefore, when you send me your tour quest, please tell me when your international flights will leave China; if your time allowed, today's sightseeing is worth.

Suggest visits: Drive about 150 kilometers to Suzhou "Venice of Orient", to visit local famous Chinese traditional and historic old Gardens, such as Zhouzhen Yuan (The Humble Admisttrator's Garden), Wangshi Yuan (the Master - of - Nets Garden), Liu Yuan (Lingering Garden), Hu qiu (Hill of Tiger), Changlang Pavillions (Fish watching spot)

Tongli is famous for its waters and local traditional villages with strong features of Chinese buildings.

Today we only book and pay the hotel charge for you, for the excursion to Suzhou, Tongli, zhouzhuang,..., you need to pay additional fee..

Day17 Shanghai to Home
