Beginning you exploration of the ancient capital with the visit to Tian'anmen Square, then visit the imposing Forbidden City and the Summer palace.

Today we go and have a stroll on the top of the greatest man - work of the ancient - the Great Wall which winds its way 3000 miles towards the west, in the afternoon, you will visit Ding Ling - one of the 13 tombs of the passed Ming dynasty emperors.

Day06: ---------------------Xi'an to Xining ------------by air

Fly to Xining, after checking in, drive 25 kilometers to visit Tar'er monastery, which is one of the 6 most well known Gelupa monasteries and is built at the birth place of Chongkaba, the founde of Gelupa <yellow hat order>); when get back to Xining from Ta'er monastery, optional visit to and see the Dongguan muslim mosque, which is one of the most 4 famous Muslim mosques
Day07: --------------------Xining to Korkolor lake to Dulan (430KM)

The road to Qinghaihu lake (Korkolor lake) is 150 kilometer from Xining, it is a express highway; the road to Dulan is passing by Qinghai lake.
Day08: --------------------Dulan to Golmud (355KM)

Before arriving at Golmud, viewing and taking photoes of 30km salt - founded bridge (in fact it is a realroad), you driving on it, easy tour on today.
Day09: ---------------------Golmud to Tuotuoheyan (425KM)

Driving upward towards Tibet, through high passes, see the first bridge on the upper part of yangtse river. If weather is good, view the high snow peak - Dongladandong 6621m whish is original water sourse of yangtse river (Changjiang) . the road is tarred road, stright and flat.
Day10: --------------Tuotuoheyan to Nakchu

Highland view Getting across the Tanggula pass (5432m), this mountain is the dividing mountain between Tibet, Xinjiang autonomous regeon and Qinhai province. The peak of it <peak Tanggula> is 6205m, after here you will descend torwars Amdo and Nakchu.
Day11: ----------------------Nakchu to Dangxiong to Namtso lake (260KM)

Sightseeing the highland lake - Namtso which is the biggest lake in Tibet with an elevation 4750 metres above sea level. That area is very wide with snow - capped Mt. Nanqyin - tanggu - la (peak 7162m) as backgroud, vast grassland and black yaks are impressive.
Day12: ----------------------Namtso Lake to Lhasa (240KM)

45 kilometers before getting to Lhasa city, visit Chupu monastery, which is the HOME monastery to Karma Kargyuelpa, the "White Sect of Tibetan Buddhism"; Upon arrival to Lhasa, visit Tibet Museum in the afternoon.

In the morning, visit the grand - looking Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century for the King. In the afternoon, visit Jokhang temple and stroll in the famous local bazaar - Parkhor street.

Visit Tsepung monastery which is the biggest monastery in Tibet. Then visit Sera monastery and Norbulingka which can give you deep impression of Tibet arts and civilization.

Take morning flight to fly to Chengdu, your local guide from Chengdu will meet you at Chengdu international airport; sent to the booked hotel and taking resting. Around 15:30, guided to visit Wenshu temple, one the 4 oldest temples in Chengdu; at night, enjoy local famous foods - "Hot Pot" and see the wonderful show performed at Wenhua park
