Day01: Fly to Lhasa

Accommodation: 3* Shangbala hotel or Century hotel
Taking morning flight into Tibet (you can fly to Lhasa from Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an), upon your arrival, local guide will meet you and transfer you to Lhasa. On the way, you can enjoy the heart - beating highland view along the Yalu Zangbu river (the longest river in Tibet, the lower reach in India is called Brham Putra river); in the afternoon, you are free for relax and more Oxygen.

Day02: Lhasa sightseeing

Accommodation: 3* Shangbala hotel or Century hotel
In the morning, visit the grand - looking Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century for the King. In the afternoon, visit Jokhang temple and stroll in the famous local bazaar - Parkhor street.

Day03: Lhasa to Namtso Lake

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: Guesthouse or tent by lake (no toilet there)
Visit the Tsepung monastery, which is the biggest monastery in Tibet. After lunch, drive to Namtso Lake (245km to the north of Lhasa), enjoying the glory of sunset over the lake. By the lake, you can view the peak of Nyianchentangula (7162m).

Day04: Namtso Lake to Lhasa

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 3* Shangbala hotel or Century hotel
In the morning, enjoying the sunrise over the lake, and the snow mountain peaks nearby in sun's glory. Then driving back to Lhasa. Visit Tibet Museum.

Day05: Lhasa to Gyangtse to Shigatse

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 3* Shandong hotel or Shigatse hotel
Driving past the Gangbala pass(4800m), view the Yangdrok lake, then down by the old road to Gyangtse, visit the Karuola glacier, the Perkhor monastery in Gyangtse town. In the late afternoon, arrive at Shigatse.

Day06: Shigatse to Lhasa 

Meals service: B/L
Accommodation: 3* Shangbala hotel or Century hotel
In the morning, visit Tashilunpo monastery, which is the biggest monastery in rear Tibet, and the permanent residence for Panchan Lhama. Inside are some stupas for the passed Panchan lhamas, and a 30 - metre high copper cast Future Buddha, see the local bazaar market. Then drive back to Lhasa through the valley of Yalu Zangbu river.

Day07: Lhasa to your next stop

Taking morning flight to leave Tibet.
