Tour Program
Day01: Leaving Chengdu Railway station for Lhas
a
At 17:30, board the train, at 18:18, the train (T22/23) leaves Chengdu station for Lhasa.
While on the train, you take care of your own meals and drinks
Day02: on the train
Day03: Arrival in Lhasa city No meals ---- private, twin beds room in hotel
At 18:28, the train (T22/23) reaches Lhasa railway station; at the exit of the railway station, you will be met by your guide and then transferred to the reservaed hotel. there is no meals service tonight.
Day04: Lhasa city sightseeing (B/L) ---------- private, twin beds room in hotel
In the morning, ENJOYING the imposing Potala Palace - the winter palace for Dalai Lamas. In the afternoon, go and visit the Tibetans' Mecca - Jokhang temple and stroll in the local famous bazaar - Parkhor street for shopping.
Day05: Lhasa city sightseeing (B/L) ---------- private, twin beds room in hotel
Today, drive you to visit the famous geothormos fields - Yangbajing, which is about 80 kilometers to the north of Lhasa city; on this day, you have chance (pay extra US $50.00) to go further north to visit oen of the holiest lakes in Tibet -- Lake Namtso;
Day06: Lhasa to Shigatse (B/L) ----------------- Private, twin beds room in hotel
Drive 280 kilometers southeastward to Shigatse; in this day, we will fisrt drive you up to
sightsee the beautiful lake -- Lake Yangdrok, which is one of the most 3 holiest lakes in Tibet; after this sightseeing, drive down again and go on to Shigatse (because the road to Gyangtse is under construction, the visit to Gyangtse Kumbum monastery is cancelled this year)
Day07: Shigatse to Lhasa (B/L) ----------------- Private, twin beds room in hotel
In the morning, visit Tashilunpo monastery, the Home monastery to Panchan Lamas in history and the biggest functioning monastery in REAR Tibet
Day08: Leave Tibet by air (B) ------------ no hotel service
After having breakfast, drive you to Lhasa airport, you take plane back to Chengdu.
Noting:
If your tour spans China May Day (from May 1st to May 7th), China National Day (from Oct. 1st to Oct. 7th), Tibet Shoton Festival (from Aug. 12th to Aug. 18th) and Tibet Nakchu Horse Race Festival (from Aug. 10th to Aug. 16th), the tour charge will be different.

1. Join in group basis tour to Tibet (its majority is Chinese mainland tourists); English speaking guiding service can be guaranteed on every group we run;
2. This group tour is based on - fly to Tibet with the group; exit Tibet with the group; if you want to stay longer after the group basis tour ends, please be sure to inform us wheny ou make the reservation
3. Pay (a) the difference if occupying a single room without sharing; (b) pay airfare difference if you want to split yourself from the group
4. If you are the only one foreign tourist, or other foreign tourist won't to share room, you will be required to pay single room supplement, the charge is specified as below
