Day01 Flight to Lhasa

Fly to Lhasa from Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai or Xi'an city.

Day02 Lhasa sightseeing

Visit Potala palace, Jokhang temple and Parkhor street.

Day03 Lhasa sightseeing

Visit Tsepung monastery, Norbulinka and Tibet museum.

Day04 Lhasa to Lhatse

Accommodation: Qixiang hotel
Leaving Lhasa for Lhatse, on the way, passing by Shigatse which is the second biggest city in Tibet.

Day05 Ltastse to Sangsang to Saga (300km)

4km to the west of Lhatse is the checkpoint, there is a road to the south goes to Mt. Everest and Zhangmu border, to the west is for Mt. Kailashi and Holy Manasarovar lake.
By Saga town is a ferry name Lala ferry, crossing the ferry you can take a shorcut to Mt. Everest and Zhangmu border. Driving to west is to Mt. Kailashi.

Day06 Saga to Zhongba to Paryang (260km)

Drive.

Day07 Paryang to Pass Mashula to Baga to Tachen (312km)

At Baga, there is a checkpoint, a road to the south goes to Puran, Holy lake and Mt. Namonani (7694m) - the fifth Goddess.
Notes: Mt. Everest is called in Tibetan language the 3rd Goddess.

Day08 Tachen to Chugu monastery to Drire monastery

Visit Mt. Kailash area. Trekking today.

Day09 Drire monastery to sky burial site to Chomala pass - down (12km)

Trekking.

Day10 Camping site to Tsuchu monatery to Tachen (then for Manasarovar)

Trekking back to Tachen. Then drive to Lake Manasarovar (100KM).

Day11 Holy lake Manasarovar

Trekking by the Holy lake and visit Tsugu monastery which located at the south side of the lake.

Day12 Holy lake to Paryang

Drive.

Day13 Paryang to Saga

Enjoy the views again on the way.

Day14 Saga to Lhatse

Drive.

Day15 Lhatse to Shigatse to Gyangtse

Passing by Sakya monastery (which was 30km off the main road, once the capital of Tibet in 13 -- 14th century). At Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo monastery, the perminant resiedence of Panchan Lhamas. Ending the day at Gyangtse, abount 100km to the east of Shigatse city.

Day16 Gyangtse to Lhasa

Accommodation: 3* Xiongbala hotel or Century hotel
After visiting Kumbum monastery, drive back to Lhasa city. Passing by the Manlha reservoir and seeing Karulha glacier at the Karulha pass (5160m), visit the Yangdrok lake which is the second largest lake in Tibet. Ending the day at Lhasa.

Day17 Lhasa to your planned destination
