10 days trek in mountains
Day01: arriving in Lhasa (3658 meters)

take flight or train to get to Lhasa; after check into the booked hotel, you are free to arrange your time for get adjusted to high elevation.
Day02: Lhasa sightseeing

In the morning, visit the grand - looking Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century for the King. In the afternoon, visit Jokhang temple and stroll in the famous local bazaar - Parkhor street.
Day03: Lhasa sightseeing

Visit the Tsepung monastery, which is the biggest monastery in Tibet. In the afternoon, visit Sera monastery and Norbulingka.
Day04: Lhasa to Gyangtse to Shigatse (360KM)
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: Holy lake hotel or same level
Driving past the Gangbala pass (4800m), view the Yangdrok lake, then down by the old road to Gyangtse, visit the Karuola glacier, and Perkhor monastery in Gyangtse town. Arrive at Shigatse in the late afternoon.
Day05: Shigatse to Tingri (Xegar) (260KM)

Hotel: Shanghai hotel or same level
Visit Tashilunpo monastery, which is the biggest monastery in rear Tibet. Then drive to Tingri.
Day06: Tingri (Xegar) to Kharta
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Drive 5 hours to arrive in Kharta, order the yak and yak assistance for trekking.
Day07: Kharta to Sho tso
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Start the trekking from Kharta to Sho tso base camp.
Day08: Sho tso B.C to Zomshong
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Trekking from Sho-tso base camp to zomshong camp.
Day09: Zomshong to Shalu-tso
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Trekking from Zomshong camp to Shalu-tso camp.
Day10: Shalu-tso to Batang
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Trekking from Shalu-tso camp to Batang camp.
Day11: Batang to Perthang to perthangrimo

Trekking from Batang camp to perthang-perthangrimo camp.
Day12: Perthangrimo

Trekking ahead 2 or 3 hours, visit khangshang valley, view the south east base camp, lhoste and makalu, return to perthangrimo camp.
Day13: Perthangrimo to Batang

Trekking back to Batang camp.
Day214: Batang to Lama-la pass
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Trekking from Batang camp to lama-la pass (near the lake).
Day15: Lama-la pass to Yueba
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: camping
Trekking from Lama-la pass（5700M）to yueba camp.
Day16: Yueba to Kharta to Rongbuk monastery
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: Rongbuk guesthouse
Trekking 2 hours from Yueba to Kharta, end of the trek, then drive to Base camp of Mt. Everest.

After trek is over, you return to Lhasa city and leave Tibet from Lhasa either by air or by train |
Day17: Rongbuk monastery to Tingri to Nyelam
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: Local guesthouse
Take photos to the Mt. Everest in the morning, then drive to Nyalam.
Day18: Nyelam to Kodari to Kathmandu of Nepal
Meals: B
Hotel: N/A
Send you to the China/ Nepal border, exit China; our Nepal guide will meet you at the other end of the bridge and then you will be sent to Kathmandu city (4 hours) |
Day17: Rongbuk monastery to Shigatse city
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: Holy lake hotel or hotel on same level
drive back to Shigatse via Tingri and Lathse town
Day18: Shigatse city to Lhasa
Meals: B/L/D
Hotel: Shambala hotel or hotel on the same level
Drive back to Lhasa city; rest in the day
Day19: Leaving Lhasa

Send you to Lhasa airport or railway station, leave back for home. end of the tour |
